Dream of Canceling a Wedding
Question
I wanted to know the meaning of a dream I have had twice: that I am on my wedding day and I do not know my groom well. I decide that it is too soon to get married, and I cry and cry, then I cancel my wedding. The dreams happened at the same time of day, and everything was the same in both dreams, but with different grooms (I remember their appearance and their families’ appearance exactly). I start to prepare late and feel pressured and helpless... Of course, there are additional details in the dream, but this is the general layer. It should be noted that in the first dream: Rabbi Ovadia blessed me. And in the second dream: I asked a rabbinic question from Rabbi David Abuhatzeira. This dream weighs on my heart, and I would be very, very happy and want you to clarify the dream for me at least... May you be worthy of performing many mitzvot... and thank you very much!!!
Answer
Greetings and blessings,
The dream suggests that the time has come for you to enter the realm of matchmaking, as your destined partner is already waiting for you. In any case, it is advisable that the next time you find yourself in the synagogue during the Priestly Blessing, you stand before the kohanim at the moment of blessing and recite this prayer:
Amen. Wishing you success, Binyamin Shmueli
