Times for Fasting According to Rabbeinu Tam
Question
I am accustomed to ending Shabbat according to Rabbeinu Tam. Am I also obligated to end the fast according to Rabbeinu Tam?

Greetings and blessings. The fast should indeed be ended according to Rabbeinu Tam. Only in cases of special weakness is it permissible to be lenient.
