Food Remained Between the Teeth - Must One Wait Six Hours?

AA

Question

Good morning! If a piece of meat remained after six hours, and I accidentally swallowed it, do I need to wait another six hours? Many thanks, and have a good Shabbat.

Answer

Shalom uvrakha, There is no need to wait another six hours; it is enough to clean out the mouth and rinse it, and then you may eat dairy immediately.
