Hello, I wanted to ask: do you need to put on tefillin on Chol Hamoed Pesach?

Hello,
It is the custom of all Sephardim and Hasidic communities not to put on tefillin on Chol Hamoed. This is also the custom of all Ashkenazi communities in Israel. However, there are several Ashkenazi communities outside of Israel that have the custom to put on tefillin on Chol Hamoed.
