A Segulah to Recite Shir HaShirim for 40 Days - What If I Missed a Day?
Question
Shalom, honorable Rabbi.
I heard that there is a segulah for finding a match to recite Shir HaShirim for 40 days. I wanted to ask what should be done after I have completed 40 days? And if I forgot on one of the days to recite it and then recited it twice the next day, does that count? Or should one begin again from the start for 40 days?
Answer
Shalom and blessings
A segulah is a segulah and is not obligatory. It may help, and it may not help.
If you missed one day, you may add one more day upon completion of the forty days in order to complete forty days.
With blessings,
