A Dream That My Son Died
Question
Hello, Rabbi.
The day before yesterday I dreamed that my son died, Heaven forbid. If I am not mistaken, it was toward dawn, meaning that I woke up right afterward and it was morning. Since then, it has been troubling me and I cannot get it out of my head. Does it mean something? Does it symbolize something? Or, as everyone says, is it a sign of a long life, G-d willing?

It is indeed explained in the Gemara that this indicates that your son was, Heaven forbid, saved from severe judgments for a good and happy life, bezechut the prayers and mitzvot of his parents.
