If a tefillin bag fell, is fasting required?

Honorable rabbi, hello. I opened the closet to take my work bag, and by mistake the tefillin bag fell, with the tefillin inside it.
I wanted to know whether I need to fast or give charity? Thank you very much!!!

Hello,
Since the tefillin were inside the case, there is no need to fast or to atone for the fast, and in any case one should give a perutah to charity.
