Thanksgiving meal, what is the text recited at the meal?

We have a friend who wants to hold a thanksgiving meal after undergoing surgery. Is there any special blessing text or prayer that is recited at a thanksgiving meal besides the Mincha and Ma'ariv prayers?

There is no special text. It is proper to say the prayer of Nishmat Kol Chai together.
