Heating Food on a Plate on Yom Kippur

Hello and blessings,
I wanted to ask whether it is permitted to heat food for small children on a hot plate on Yom Kippur? The hot plate will be set on a Shabbat timer.

Hello and blessings.
Everything is the same as on Shabbat. Whatever may be heated on a hot plate on Shabbat may also be heated on the holiday.
