If you are not disturbing anyone who is sleeping, there is no problem. One should only be careful not to pray facing a mirror.
Sources: So writes the Mishnah Berurah (siman 90, seif katan 71), that it is forbidden to pray facing a mirror because it appears as though one is bowing to his reflection. This applies even with closed eyes, for with open eyes it is anyway forbidden because of a lack of concentration.
