Physical Contact During Menstruation

Hello, Rabbi,
I am still unmarried and wanted to know whether, while I am menstruating, men are permitted to hug me or touch me. Am I required to observe the laws of physical contact even when I am single? And are my brothers or my father allowed to hug me?

The prohibition of physical contact applies to any man, even not during menstruation.
The men with whom physical contact is permitted are a husband during days of purity, a brother, father, grandfather, son, and grandson.
Hugging is permitted only with a husband during days of purity, or with a father, grandfather, son, and grandson at all times.
