I Was Born Circumcised. What Does That Mean?

One who is born fully circumcised is on a very, very high spiritual level. The great figures of our nation were born circumcised, such as Moshe רבינו, Yaakov Avinu, Yosef the Tzaddik, Shmuel the prophet, King David, Shem son of Noach, Noach himself, Adam HaRishon was created that way, and also his son Shet was born circumcised, Zerubavel son of Shealtiel, and a few other righteous men [according to one opinion in the Midrash, ten righteous men in total, and according to a second opinion, fifteen righteous men in all were born circumcised]. To the best of my knowledge, and I received this from a mohel who has circumcised thousands of babies, may Hashem protect him, there is no such situation today of someone being born fully circumcised. Rather, there are children who are born with only a small foreskin, and sometimes a very small foreskin, so that almost all of the organ is exposed [or the foreskin is hidden and not immediately noticeable], for various medical reasons. One who is born partially circumcised is not thereby indicating any special virtue.
