Hello, if I am eating a dish without bread, for example spaghetti and schnitzel, what blessing do I recite, and do I need to say Grace after Meals afterward?

Hello and blessings,
If one eats spaghetti and schnitzel, one recites mezonot on the spaghetti and shehakol on the schnitzel.
One should recite Borei Nefashot on the schnitzel and Al HaMichya on the spaghetti.
