Using Meat and Dairy in One Oven

Hello, Rabbi.
We have an oven at home that I use only for meat cooking. Recently I heard that if the oven is turned on for half an hour at a high temperature after meat use, it is possible to bake dairy in it. Is that correct? We are Sephardim.

According to the strict letter of the law, after thorough cleaning, it is possible to change the oven’s use from meat to dairy and vice versa by heating it for half an hour.
