Is it permissible to submit a Winner betting slip for games that are not played on Shabbat, or for games involving non-Jews?

Since Toto is intended to support soccer games and the like, and since Toto supports Shabbat desecrators, your purchase indirectly helps cause desecration of Shabbat.
There is no problem with a Toto operated by non-Jews.
