What names are recommended for girls?
Question
We heard a few options for names for a daughter, and we wanted to know what is considered a good name from the perspective of Judaism? And do the following names fall into that category?
Tal or Tali or Talia and Kinneret.

The names Tal, Tali, and Kinneret are not recommended. The name Talia is acceptable, but there are names that are more recommended than it.
