Question
Is it permitted to watch films during the Three Weeks? And is it permitted to play electronic games during the Three Weeks?

Permitted films that are not singing performances, and when there is no neglect of Torah study in a way that makes it permissible to watch them occasionally during the year, may also be permitted during the Three Weeks.
It is permitted to play electronic games during the Three Weeks, provided that this does not lead to neglect of Torah study.
