A Girl’s Name According to Kabbalah

AA

Question

Hello, honorable rabbi.

I will soon be entering my fifth month, God willing. Since the beginning of the pregnancy, I suggested a name for the baby girl and my husband really liked the name, but after I checked a few days ago, the name is not at all according to Kabbalah. It is very important to me what the girl’s name is, because I know it affects the child. My husband is less convinced that a name affects the child, aside from the fact that according to the interpretation there are many good things, but also a less positive interpretation, such as loneliness/materialism/being preoccupied with money, and that is something I do not believe in. The name is Emilia - the question is whether the name is a good name, and if it is preferable to avoid naming the girl this name, is it possible to add a name that can fill the negativity through the additional name with positivity? For example, I was thinking of Emilia Leah. Thank you in advance for your response and patience.

Answer

Hello and blessings.

Emilia Leah can be very good.

A final decision about a name should be given only at the time of birth.

With blessings,

Benjamin Shmueli
