What Questions Are Asked of a Person in the Heavenly Court?
Question
Shalom,
I am curious to know what questions are asked of a person when they arrive at the Heavenly Court? If it is lengthy, I would appreciate knowing the initial questions in order.
Thank you very much in advance.
Answer
Shalom,
There are six questions asked in the Heavenly Court, as our sages have said: When a person is brought to judgment, they are asked: Did you conduct your business honestly, did you set times for Torah study, were you involved in procreation, did you anticipate redemption, did you engage in analysis of wisdom, did you understand one thing from another?
