I Don't Have Time: What Are the Most Important Things to Say in Shacharit?

Honored rabbi, hello.
Sometimes in the morning I do not manage to pray, and I have only 15 minutes for prayer. What are the most important things to pray during that time when I am wearing tefillin?

Shalom uverachah
Birchot HaShachar, Baruch Sheamar, Ashrei, Yishtabach, and from there until after Shemoneh Esrei.
If there is not enough time, you may say Birchot HaShachar before putting on tefillin, when you have free time.
