Is It Permissible for Women to Watch Inappropriate Films?

In general, films contain forbidden speech and acts, which a woman is also forbidden to watch. And if she knows with certainty that the film is free of any forbidden speech or action, and that it contains only immodest images, then although one cannot say that there is any halachic prohibition for her to watch it, since there is no halachic prohibition for a woman to see another woman who is immodest, nevertheless it may be harmful and may cool her feelings in matters of modesty.
