Are Sephardi women required to recite Hallel with a blessing on Chanukah?

Sephardi women are exempt from reciting Hallel on Chanukah. And if they wish to complete Hallel, they may do so, but they should not recite a blessing (Shu"t Yabia Omer, vol. 6, Orach Chaim, siman 45; Chazon Ovadia, Chanukah, p. 213; and Yalkut Yosef, siman 683, seif 9).
