What Is an Amah in Centimeters?

I listen with interest to Rabbi Zamir Cohen’s lectures and watch them closely. If I understood correctly, your honor investigates the secrets within our holy Torah. I have in my possession two important clues for deciphering how long an amah is in centimeters. Since I was not able to decipher them on my own, I would be glad if the rabbi would help me, and also help himself in this matter. I would also be glad if you would teach us, in one of the classes and/or lectures, how one approaches a particular subject and what the right way is to research it.

With respect, Bat-Pachaim Kochava
