Interpretation of a Dream About Drowning

I dreamed that I was on an island near the sea with other people, and they told me to swim 5 km to another shore. In the middle of the swim, I was swept into the water and drifted away from the other people, and I almost drowned and cried out for help from the others, but they did not take it seriously or did not hear. Then I prayed to Hashem to save me, and suddenly I received renewed strength on my own and swam back to the shore and waited for a ship to come take me. Then a ship arrived, and I grabbed onto it and had difficulty climbing aboard, but in the end I managed to get on.
