What is recited when affixing a mezuzah?
Question
What blessing is recited when affixing a mezuzah, when the homeowner affixes it? And when the homeowner does not affix it?
I would appreciate an answer, thank you very much.

If the homeowner affixes the mezuzah, he should recite:
"אשר קדשנו במצוותיו וציוונו לקבוע מזוזה"
And if he appoints an agent to affix the mezuzah on his behalf, the agent should recite:
"אשר קדשנו במצוותיו וציוונו על קביעת מזוזה"
