Hello, is there atonement even for the worst sin through prayer and remorse? In addition, are there supplications that Hashem does not accept?

The sages said a great principle: nothing stands in the way of repentance - there is nothing that cannot be atoned for through repentance. Even if it is the most serious sin, Hashem forgives and pardons one who returns in complete repentance.
Regarding one who has sinned with sins punishable by karet, it is explained in the words of the sages that suffering is also needed in order to cleanse the soul from the transgressions. To avoid suffering, one may be very careful to keep Shabbat according to halacha and to perform acts of kindness, and all of these things atone for the sin completely and in every respect.
