Question

Hello Honorable Rabbi,
I was at the Western Wall and suddenly a bird relieved itself on my head.
I understand that this signifies something, and I would like to know what it means.
Thank you very much!

Answer

Hello,

There is no special significance to this event; however, it can be beneficial for atonement of sins, like any suffering that a person experiences (see tractate Erchin, page 16b, regarding the purpose of suffering, etc.).

Best regards,

Hillel Meirs
