What is the blessing over croutons?

Shalom, what blessing do we say over store-bought croutons (not homemade)? Thank you very much!

Shalom,
For store-bought croutons, one should recite the blessing of Mezonot, since they were baked specifically for this purpose. However, for croutons made at home from regular bread, the blessing is Hamotzi.
