Is it necessary to wash hands with a Netillah cup after cutting fingernails?

Greetings, after cutting fingernails is there a need to wash hands with a Netillah cup, intermittently? And should a blessing be recited after the washing? Thank you in advance

One should wash intermittently and does not say a blessing. There is no obligation with a Netillah cup, although it is customary to wash hands with a Netiilah cup ideally.
