Is it permitted to say 'Shavua Tov' on Tisha B'Av?
Question
Today is the conclusion of Shabbat Kodesh and the fast of Tisha B'Av begins. I saw on the rabbi's Facebook page... a link to the laws of Tisha B'Av with the title 'Good and Blessed Week.' If it's not appropriate to bless in this way as my reason indicates, is such a blessing permitted? Thank you

According to the letter of the law, it is permitted to say 'Shavua Tov' on Tisha B'Av, although it is better not to say anything at all (see Hazon Ovadia, Four Fasts, page 34).
