Eating Meat on Tisha B'Av that Falls on Shabbat

I know it's past, but I wanted to ask to be sure. Was it permissible to eat meat on Shabbat during the Nine Days of Tisha B'Av and the Shabbat before the fast? And a second question, is it permissible to eat the remaining meat from the Shabbat before the Tisha B'Av fast now after the fast has ended? Please answer quickly and thank you.
