Is it permitted to travel during the Three Weeks?
Question
Someone told me that there is permission to go on trips during the Three Weeks; is that true or is it forbidden? Thank you very much

According to the principal halacha, it is permitted to travel during the Three Weeks; however, this is not an appropriate time for such activities, especially from the beginning of the month of Av.
