Is it Permissible to Celebrate a Birthday During the Three Weeks?
Question
In a few days, G-d willing, it will be my birthday and I wanted to ask if it is permissible to celebrate my birthday during the Three Weeks or if it is better not to celebrate at all? Thank you very much

Until Rosh Chodesh Av you may celebrate your birthday without music, and from Rosh Chodesh Av it is preferable not to celebrate at all, but to postpone until after the Nine Days.
