Wearing Leather Shoes on Tisha B'Av
Question
Tisha B'Av marks a prohibition on wearing leather shoes. At work, I must wear safety shoes, and the only ones I have are made of leather. What should I do?

If it is for safety reasons, it is permissible. Of course, you should wear the shoes only during work hours and not before or after work.
