How to Clean Grape Leaves?

Greetings,

You should freeze them for at least 48 hours, and then thaw and separate the leaves one by one, rinsing them under a strong stream of water and scrubbing thoroughly every crease and corner (the freezing loosens the grip of any worms on the leaf, allowing them to be removed by rinsing).

There are also kosher grape leaves preserved in vinegar, which should also be rinsed well, pressed with a paper towel to flatten them, and checked to see if any worms remain.
