Visiting the Cemetery During the Three Weeks
Question
Urgent question: I would appreciate it if you could respond as soon as possible. My family wants to visit the cemetery. Is it permitted to go there during the Three Weeks, and is it not a year of mourning or a memorial? Are prayers said there, and if so, what are they?

You can recite the prayers of the yahrzeit.
