Arab media say Hezbollah, frustrated after failing to slow IDF operations, is threatening a return to 1980s-style tactics and may deploy suicide bombers against Israeli troops.

A 20-year-old from the Galilee was arrested after allegedly pledging allegiance to ISIS and trying to acquire a handgun. Investigators say he intended to target IDF soldiers in Karmiel. An indictment and a request to detain him until the end of proceedings were filed Thursday.
