A Refreshing Passover Apple Cake
A soft and flavorful apple cake made with warm cinnamon, walnuts, and a hint of lemon

For the topping:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
100 g walnuts, whole or chopped
How to Prepare
Whisk the eggs and oil together by hand.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Add the apples and all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Transfer the batter to a baking pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts on top.
Bake for about 40 minutes at medium heat.
