Overnight and yesterday, several waves of strikes were completed against missile sites in western and central Iran, along with hits on headquarters in Tehran. The IDF said the strikes were carried out as part of an ongoing effort "to deepen the damage to all the systems and capabilities of the Iranian terror regime."
The Air Force operated in the heart of Iran's capital, with fighter jets, guided by IDF Military Intelligence (Aman), striking key regime infrastructure. As part of this, several central headquarters were hit, including two belonging to the intelligence organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as well as another belonging to Iran's Ministry of Intelligence.
Alongside hits to command-and-control networks, the IDF spokesperson noted that warehouses used to store weapons and air-defense systems were also struck.
It was also reported that throughout the night, the Air Force struck more than 50 additional targets in northern and central Iran, including sites used to launch and store ballistic missiles.
The spokesperson emphasized that "the completed strikes are part of the phase of deepening the damage to the Iranian terror regime's core systems and foundations," and that operations will continue as developments dictate.
