Easy Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ cup coconut, almond, or soy milk

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ teaspoon honey or natural date syrup (silan)

  • 1–2 pieces of fruit, such as banana or any fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a glass or jar, combine the milk, water, and chia seeds.

  2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir the mixture again.

  4. Add the honey or date syrup.

  5. Mix in chopped fruit such as banana, apple, strawberries, or any favorite fruit.

  6. Stir and enjoy.
