Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 head of cabbage (or half white cabbage and half red cabbage for extra color)

  • ½ onion

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Grate the carrots and onion.

  2. Finely shred the cabbage.

  3. Place all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
