Ingredients
For the Salad
2 carrots
1 head of cabbage (or half white cabbage and half red cabbage for extra color)
½ onion
For the Dressing
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
Grate the carrots and onion.
Finely shred the cabbage.
Place all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until smooth and well blended.
