No-Bake Chocolate and Vanilla Dessert Cups

Layers of creamy vanilla pudding, crunchy biscuits, and rich chocolate come together in this easy dessert that takes just minutes to prepare and tastes even better after chilling

aA

The best desserts are often the ones that do not require hours in the kitchen. These dessert cups combine three flavors that are hard to resist: smooth vanilla cream, biscuits, and chocolate.

The preparation itself takes about 10 minutes, and the cups are chilled in the refrigerator until the layers set.

Ingredients for 6 Cups

For the Vanilla Cream

250 ml whipping cream
1 cup cold milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding, about 80 grams

For the Layers

150 grams biscuits

For the Chocolate Layer

100 grams dark chocolate or milk chocolate
100 ml whipping cream

For Garnish

Grated chocolate or a small amount of biscuit crumbs

Instructions

Whip the cream, cold milk, and instant vanilla pudding together until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and firm.

Crush the biscuits into coarse crumbs and set aside.

To prepare the chocolate cream, heat 100 ml of whipping cream until hot but not boiling. Pour it over the chocolate, wait about one minute, and then stir until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.

Assemble the dessert cups by placing a layer of biscuit crumbs at the bottom of each cup. Add a layer of vanilla cream and repeat the layers as desired. Finish with a layer of chocolate cream and garnish with grated chocolate or biscuit crumbs.

The dessert can be served immediately, but for the best texture, refrigerate for at least one hour. During this time, the cream will set and the biscuits will soften slightly while absorbing the flavors.

To upgrade it, add thin slices of banana or strawberries between the layers, use chocolate flavored biscuits, or sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
