Former hostage Bar Kupershtein returned yesterday (Tuesday), on the eve of the third anniversary of October 7, to the Nova site from which he was abducted to Gaza. There, he put on tefillin in memory of those murdered and called on the public to do the same in their memory.

"I'm here at the Nova site," Kupershtein said in a video he posted while wearing tefillin. "Tomorrow is October 7, and I ask myself: What do you do on a day like this? How can I do something for all those who were murdered? And I said, 'I'm coming to Nova today and putting on tefillin in memory of all those who were murdered, who did not get to continue living.' I invite all of you, anyone who can and anyone who wants to, take a moment, put on tefillin today, and dedicate it in memory of those murdered.

"Whether you want to come here to Nova or do it at home, put on tefillin in memory of those murdered. Love you all, and may we know only joyful occasions," the former hostage concluded.
