Purchasing Kosher Products in Non-Kosher Establishments
Question
Hello and blessings, is it permissible to buy a sealed drink in a place that does not have a kosher certification? Another question, is it permitted to eat in a place that has no kosher certification but the food is completely kosher, simply because it is open on Shabbat and thus does not have a certification? It should be noted that this place has several branches, some of which are certified, just not near my residence.

It is permissible to buy the bottle.
It is not permissible to buy food that is prepared on site even if you believe it is completely kosher. According to the letter of the law, it is permitted to buy sealed packages in a place that desecrates Shabbat, and one should distance themselves from this as much as possible.
