Is it permitted to listen to music in a gym during the Nine Days?

Hello,
This is regarding a gym in a Haredi city. Is it permissible to listen to music as usual during the workout, or should it be vocal music, or no music at all?
I want to note that during women's classes in the studio, I do not play music at all during these days.

You may listen to vocal music, but one should not be lenient with regular music.
