Do we say full Hallel on Chanukah? Thank you

Greetings,
We do say full Hallel on Chanukah (Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim 670), but Sephardic women are exempt from reciting Hallel on Chanukah. If they wish to complete the Hallel, they are permitted to do so, but they do not recite a blessing (Responsa Yabia Omer, Vol. 6, Orach Chaim 40, and Hazon Ovadia Chanukah, p. 195).
