Is It Permissible to Get a Haircut on the Fast of Gedaliah?

Hello and blessings,
On Wednesday, the 3rd of Tishrei, I am invited to a wedding in the evening, and that day is the Fast of Gedaliah. I wanted to ask if I can get a haircut during the fast. I follow the customs of the Sephardic and Mizrahi communities.
