On the eighth day of the festival of Sukkot, there is a holiday known as Shemini Atzeret - Simchat Torah, during which one does not eat in the sukkah, and it is considered a festival on its own.
This year, Shemini Atzeret will fall on Shabbat, the 22nd of Tishrei.
