When is the Dawn Watch? אשמורת הבוקר
Question
With the blessing of Hashem, greetings to the esteemed Rabbi. I heard from the words of the esteemed Rabbi Meir Eliyahu, of blessed memory, that a person who has prayed and was not answered should seclude himself and request about the matter during the Dawn Watch. I wanted to know, therefore, what hours correspond to the Dawn Watch? Thank you and may you be strengthened!

The night is divided into three watches, and the last third of the night is referred to as the Dawn Watch (see Rashi on the Torah, Exodus 14:24).
