What blessing is recited on noodles made from eggs?

Shalom,
If the noodles contain flour from the five species of grains—and the flour is intended to impart flavor or satiate—one should recite mezonot. If they do not contain flour from the five species of grains or if the flour is intended only to stabilize the food—one should recite shehakol.
